What is DGNL Gives Back?
DGNL Gives Back is an annual initiative by Diagonal Media that awards video and design services to a selected nonprofit or individual artist, supporting their creative contributions and community impact.
We’re thrilled to announce our 2024 DGNL Gives Back grantee – Kings & Things
This year, DGNL is proud to present our “Gives Back” award to an extraordinary LGBTQ artist, Emily Friedman, and their documentary film Kings & Things. This is the first time we have recognized an individual artist for their creative contributions and community impact. The award, previously granted to nonprofit organizations, this year highlights the inspiring work of a creative LGBTQ filmmaker.

Why did we launch DGNL Gives Back?
At Diagonal Media we believe in giving back to the community.
Creating video and content marketing is essential for organizations to raise brand awareness and foster growth.
Many organizations don’t have the budget to create quality content – so we’ve decided to donate video and design services to one nonprofit organization – the DGNL team will vote on the recipient.
