The Opportunity:
We are looking for a confident, experienced, and entrepreneurial Production Coordinator to manage the organization of key client video projects. 

What does a Production Coordinator do?
As our Production Coordinator, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving multiple projects’ organization and timeline. 

Production Coordinator Duties
Specific responsibilities include helping to develop project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. They will also be handling some client communications and should be comfortable doing so.

Production Coordinator Requirements
The ideal candidate is SUPER organized. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude – we love creative problem solvers over here.  

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to facilitate the execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, and involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Work with the senior leadership team to ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

*Working on EST time is required. Our whole team works remotely from 10am – 5pm EST with a flexible 1-hour lunch break.
